Job summary

Medtronic in North Haven, CT is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer to craft and revise packaging and labeling artwork for medical devices. You will partner with manufacturing, engineering, quality, regulatory, and marketing to ensure compliant, accurate labeling throughout the product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and adherence to procedures, with a hybrid schedule (on-site four days/week, one remote).

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with design-related experience.
• Experience creating or maintaining artwork, graphics, labeling, packaging materials.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise packaging and product labeling artwork, including labels and display boxes.
• Support artwork development activities and formal artwork approval processes.
• Review vendor proofs and coordinate corrections to match approved artwork.
• Maintain packaging labeling documentation, specifications, and procedures.
• Manage multiple artwork projects and prioritize to support schedules.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, regulatory, and marketing teams.
• Ensure artwork aligns with customer requirements and company standards.
• Support continuous improvement of artwork accuracy and document control.
