Job summary

Acumed LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead NPI and sustaining product programs under the APLC framework in Hillsboro, OR (or Addison, TX). You will drive on-time delivery within budget while aligning with quality and customer objectives.

The role requires 6–8 years in PM, medical devices or related industries, with strong design controls knowledge, risk management, and leadership across PMO processes. Excellent communication and executive reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related technical degree preferred.
• MBA is a plus.
• PMP certification required; proficiency with Microsoft Project and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of NPI and sustaining product programs through the APLC.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams.
