Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Florida is seeking a Medical Device NPD Systems Engineer to provide critical engineering deliverables for new product development of medical devices. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong skills in systems engineering, risk management, and requirements management. This long-term W2 contract role offers health, dental, and vision enrollment from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in medical device new product development.
• Experience managing entire design cycles from concept to production.
• Ability to perform system architecture including interface definition.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering deliverables to support new product development.
• Develop systems engineering deliverables such as requirements and product architecture.
• Comfortable commuting to north St. Petersburg, FL up to 4-5 days per week.
