Job summary

Adecco is seeking a skilled Molding Machine Operator to join our client’s team in Wheeling, IL. You will set up and operate molding machines, monitor processes, and ensure quality per SOPs and MP, supporting a leading medical device manufacturer.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing equipment experience, and familiarity with GMP, QSR, GDP standards. Shifts available; competitive hourly pay from 17.50 to 20.50 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience operating manufacturing equipment, preferably in medical devices.
• Familiarity with GMP, QSR, and GDP is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines and related equipment per SOPs, MP instructions, and drawings.
• Follow job orders and instructions to ensure precision and quality of products.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, QSR, and GDP standards for medical device manufacturing.
• Perform routine machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Record production and quality data accurately and thoroughly.
