• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 1 year’s previous experience in manufacturing operations with demonstrated ability to apply manufacturing principles.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience in medical device manufacturing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of visibility with production staff and involve staff in problem solving.
• Develop a high-performance work team with high levels of morale, satisfaction, and performance.
• Provide coaching and performance communication to support development.
• Review production schedules to identify and resolve problems.
• Ensure product quality through standard work, training, and inspection techniques.
• Support lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain time and production records and communicate with staff daily.
