• Pursuing B.S. in Plastics Engineering or related field.
• High performing, rising Junior or Senior college/university student.
• Experience with polymer processing is desirable (previous internship).
• Proactive with data gathering and analysis to support projects.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing optimization of extrusion, balloon processing, or sub-assembly processes.
• Collect sample production data, perform analysis, and assist in engineering changes.
• Assist in drawing/modeling and equipment setup for new or existing products.
• Present learning and performance improvements at program conclusion.
