Job summary

Cretex Medical is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead production and implement improvements across machining, packaging, welding, assembly, and molding. The role offers growth from Engineer II to Sr based on experience, with a focus on cost, manufacturability, and quality targets.

The position requires strong collaboration with quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining compliance with ISO13485 and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or other Engineering Science.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing for Engineer II; 5+ for Engineer III; 7+ for Senior.
• Experience in ISO13485/GMP environments.
• Experience with medical devices manufacturing and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead new or improved processes for current and next-generation programs.
• Solve problems from engineering principles using innovative approaches.
• Interface with quality and manufacturing to integrate new products or processes.
