Job summary

Cretex Medical is a leading contract manufacturer serving the medical device industry with precision components and assemblies. The Manufacturing Engineer will lead the manufacturing of products and drive improvements in cost, manufacturability, and quality.

Role supports design for manufacturability, process validation, and MT&A within ISO13485/GMP environments. This position may progress from Engineer II to Sr based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• ISO13485/GMP environment experience preferred.
• Engineering experience with medical devices and manufacturing process design/validation.
• 3D CAD experience and design for manufacturability.
• Lean manufacturing experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing of product and implement improvements to meet cost, manufacturability, and quality goals.
• Plan, design, develop, and maintain programs and processes.
• Support production area to optimize processes and meet production goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with quality systems.
