Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for medical device assembly and perform routine tasks.
• Check certification status via Training Records or Electronic Training Module.
• Read, follow, and train to WI, EOPs for production equipment.
• Train and certify 30% to 60% of all process documents.
• Process medical devices per documented SOPs and WI/OP/EOP.
• Operate machines to process medical devices.
• Work at multiple workstations as production needs require.
• Meet productivity and quality goals while maintaining line balance.
• Self-inspect on all process steps.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workstation.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately.
• Communicate problems to supervisor or lead.
• Request production operating supplies as needed.
• Participate in process or safety improvement activities.
• Complete required basic production, health, safety and environmental training.
