Our team will help with installation, training, and doctor onboarding after each deal.

Performance-Based Milestone Bonuses

You’ll earn additional bonuses when closing deals within the following timeframes:

Within 3 months / Within 6 months / Within 24 months

Candidate profile and Call Points

Ideal candidates include independent reps, 1099 distributors, rep groups, or agencies with experience selling capital equipment in the surgical or spine device space. Prior success with navigation systems or image-guided platforms is highly desirable. Strong clinical credibility and surgeon relationships are critical.

Top-performing Call Points (in Order Of Priority)

  • Spine Surgeons (Orthopedic and Neurosurgery)
  • Operating Room (OR) Decision Makers – OR Directors, Nurse Managers, Surgical Techs
  • Hospital and ASC Procurement / Value Analysis Committees
  • Outpatient Surgery Centers
  • Clinics offering minimally invasive spine procedures
  • Hospital departments including Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, and OR
  • Distributors or rep groups with existing relationships in spine and navigation technologies

Additional experience in introducing innovative or disruptive surgical platforms is a plus.

Territories Available

We are actively recruiting for multiple open territories across the United States, with priority given to markets that have limited existing representation.

  • Northern California
  • Pacific Northwest (WA, OR)
  • Texas (excluding South Texas)
  • Midwest (IL, OH, MI, MN)
  • Southeast (GA, FL, NC, SC)
  • Northeast (NY, NJ, PA, MA)
  • Mountain States (CO, AZ, UT)
