REVA Medical, LLC. is seeking an Extrusion/Assembly Technician for a full-time, on-site role in California.

You will operate extrusion machinery, inspect materials, follow strict assembly protocols, and ensure product quality while meeting production targets. You will document production data, participate in routine maintenance, and collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement in medical device manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion machinery and ensure proper setup/calibration for quality output.

• Follow established assembly protocols and safety standards in daily tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during extrusion/assembly processes and document findings.
• Record production data and maintain accurate records for continuous improvement.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment; participate in team meetings.
