Job summary

BD in Sandy, Utah, is seeking an on-site manufacturing operator for a 12-hour rotating shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM MT). You will operate automated equipment, perform changeovers, monitor quality, and support continuous improvement as part of a self-directed team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, good dexterity, and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills (English).
• One to two years of manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Good dexterity and coordination required.

Responsibilities

• Operates multiple processes on high-speed automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
• Participates in all equipment changeovers or set-ups.
• Monitors assigned processes to ensure high quality production.
• Removes defective product from the processes.
• Maintains records and documents as required.
• Acts as part of a self-directed work team and participates in CI activities.
