Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering technology or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience; or
• High school diploma with 7–10 years of relevant technical/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in medical-device manufacturing or cleanroom operations is preferred.
• Experience performing detailed assembly or inspection under a microscope is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (QMS, FDA, SOPs).
• Builds and inspects prototype, development, and production components to drawings and instructions.
• Performs detailed assembly and inspection under a microscope.
• Operates microscopes, vision systems, and measurement equipment to meet specs.
• Records inspection results and process data in approved datasheets and systems.
• Supports IQ activities and prepares documentation for qualification reports.
