Qualifications

• High-school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in the medical industry preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with intermediate to advanced knowledge.
• Training in ISO 9001/13485, FDA 820 or other quality tools is an asset.
• Experience with statistics, Six Sigma or quality engineering is an asset.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review manufacturing and quality documentation to authorize product release.
• Support calibration management and QA/QMS compliance.
• Plan and conduct independent evaluations and adapt procedures as needed.
• Assist in DCOs, ECOs and run validation protocols and reports.
• May supervise inspectors or operators on specific assignments.
• Participate in internal and external audits and root cause investigations.
• Adhere to safety and quality policies and KPI targets.
