Millenniumsoft in Milpitas is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to perform electro-mechanical assembly of flow cytometers and sub-assemblies. You will follow established procedures to assemble optical, mechanical, fluidic, and electronic components and ensure high-quality output on schedule.

The role requires the ability to read and follow assembly instructions, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Ability to effectively communicate information in writing and verbally.
• Good mechanical aptitude, dexterity, and hand/eye coordination.
• Must be able to reach, bend and lift 35 lbs daily.

Mansioni

• Assemble instruments by following released procedures.
• Perform in-process inspection to ensure specs.
• Generate documentation for Device History Record (DHR).
• Read and understand assembly instructions and BOMs.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize procedures.
• Provide feedback on production methods and quality improvements.
