Job summary

Stryker Group in Kentucky is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate to ensure accurate inventory, arrange merchandise for transport, read maps, and support branch operations. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

You will perform safety inspections, load/unload materials (including implants and instruments), maintain vehicle upkeep, and participate in on-call rotations, with high physical demands and weekend flexibility.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Participation in On-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and cycle counts.
• Arrange merchandise for transport and at customer locations.
• Read maps and configure routes.
• Perform safety inspections in transportation setting.
• Load/unload containers while checking sterility of implants & instruments.
• Perform and/or schedule preventive and minor maintenance on the company delivery vehicle.
• Advise supervisor when repairs or maintenance are required for the company vehicle.
• Field customer complaints with Branch team members.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

What you will do-

• Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization
• Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations
• Read maps and route configuration
• Perform safety inspections in transportation setting
• Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products while checking for sterility, missing/broken implants & instruments
• Perform and/or schedule preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.), and keeps accurate maintenance records
• Advise supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle
• Field customer complaints, address and communicate as necessary to Branch team members
• Complete other duties as assigned
