Job summary

Acero Precision is seeking a Medical Device Assembly Technician to perform final assembly, cleaning, inspection, and sterile barrier packaging in our ISO-classified cleanroom environment in West Chester, PA. You will work on precision medical devices with strict contamination control and detailed documentation, contributing to quality and patient safety.

The role requires 1–2 years in cleanroom manufacturing, GMP-aware processes, and the ability to follow detailed procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of cleanroom manufacturing experience.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or another regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with sterile barrier packaging, cleanroom assembly, final inspection, or related manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and quality systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standardized procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly, cleaning, inspection, and sterile barrier packaging of precision medical devices.
• Package finished products using validated sterile barrier systems (pouches, trays, header bags).
• Operate heat sealing equipment and verify seal integrity and package quality.
• Conduct detailed visual and dimensional inspections to meet quality specifications.
• Apply product labels, lot numbers, expiration dates, and required product identification accurately.
• Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation while maintaining traceability.
• Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming products.
• Maintain compliance with cleanroom gowning, contamination control, and aseptic procedures.
• Follow all company quality, safety, and operating procedures.
