Qualifications

• Manufacturing/production or assembly experience required.
• Microscope experience preferred; willing to train strong detail-takers.
• Able to stand for entire shift and work overtime, including weekends.
• Comfortable using computers for documentation and production records.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to follow detailed procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small, precision components in a clean room environment using tweezers and specialized tools.
• Perform detailed work under a microscope following blueprints and process sheets.
• Conduct quality inspections using visual inspection and measuring instruments.
• Accurately document production activities and inspection results in computer systems.
