Job summary

Nissha Medical Technologies is seeking a Production Associate to assemble products to specifications on a swing shift (Mon-Thu, 3:30pm–1:30am) in Sandpoint, Idaho. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Six months of related experience is preferred but not required.
• Mathematical skills to count products.
• Ability to use basic hand tools such as micrometers, calipers.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions like Manufacturing Assembly Instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow guidelines and SOPs to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Operate production machines under supervisor direction.
• Ensure quality of the produced product.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and other teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain safety and security rules and regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
