Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II at its O’Hara, PA site. The role runs Monday to Thursday, 5:30 am to 3:50 pm, with occasional Friday overtime and a starting pay of $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 1+ year experience in Medical Device or technical assembly.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and visual work instructions.
• Adaptability to fast-paced changing situations; teamwork and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assemble circuit boards, wiring harnesses, units using approved tooling in an FDA-regulated facility.
• Perform automated testing and utilize SPC, GMP, MRB knowledge independently.
• Collaborate with lead, supervisor, engineers to strengthen teamwork and support inspections.
• Apply attention to detail and Lean/continuous improvement to resolve line issues and suggest improvements.
• Train new trainees and document quality data as part of the training process.
• Perform quality control measurements and support new product builds.
