Job summary

TechDigital Group in El Paso, TX is seeking a dedicated assembler to support GMP-compliant manufacturing of medical devices. You will assemble, package, and label products, operate equipment, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe, cleanroom environment.

The role requires following SOPs and reviewing batch records, completing required documents, and communicating production issues. It supports continuous improvement, training, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow GMP, GDP and SOPs.
• Capable of accurate visual and final inspections.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, package, and label medical devices and products per GMP, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Operate manufacturing equipment following batch records and work instructions.
• Review batch records for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and proper PPE usage.
• Complete documentation including logs and reports accurately.
• Meet daily production targets per the plan.
• Report downtime, scrap, and performance metrics to supervision.
• Support calibration, work orders, and validation activities.
• Assist training of new associates and share knowledge.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
