Katalyst CRO in El Paso, TX seeks an entry-level Manufacturing Operator to assemble, package, and label medical products in a GMP environment. You will operate manufacturing equipment, follow batch records, and maintain quality through inspections and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a team, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Training on GMP, GDP, and 5S provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and Quality Systems; GDP familiarity preferred.
• Able to follow SOPs and batch records.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble, package, and label medical products per GMP.
• Operate equipment and follow batch records.
• Perform in-process and final visual inspections.
• Document production logs and reports.
• Maintain 5S and cleanroom standards.
• Report downtime, deviations, and safety concerns.
