Job summary

Adecco Staffing is recruiting for Medical Device Assemblers in Bedford, MA. Shift is Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm, with a pay rate of $23.30 per hour. This role focuses on assembling and inspecting delicate medical device components in a quality-driven manufacturing environment.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with small parts, use of specialized tools, and opportunities for training and career growth within the medical device sector. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
• Ability to work with small, delicate components.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tasks.
• Strong focus on quality and productivity.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble small, delicate, and complex medical device components using specialized tools and fixtures.
• Follow visual aids, assembly drawings, and written or verbal work instructions.
• Perform various manufacturing processes, including bench testing, soldering, and epoxy applications.
• Inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality and production standards.
• Maintain production goals while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Route completed products to their designated locations.
• Process inventory transactions and perform routine inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation while following 5S standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities by suggesting ways to improve quality and productivity.
• Assist with updating work instructions and supporting the development of new products and manufacturing processes.
• Help train new and transferred employees as needed.
