Job summary

Cirtec Medical Corporation seeks a Manufacturing Operator at NovelCath Facility located in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will operate workstations and systems used to manufacture medical devices, collaborating with Operators and Technicians to meet quality and production targets.

The role requires CGMP adherence, basic inspection, and ability to follow documentation and work instructions. Shift is 1st, Mon-Thu, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with $22–$24/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred.
• Basic measurement and inspection skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate workstations and associated systems used in manufacturing.
• Follow CGMP requirements and established documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, machines, tools, and equipment.
• Load components into product-specific tools and perform basic setup.
• Perform in-process visual inspections and dimensional checks.
• Assist in packaging finished goods and document work performed.
