Job summary

Route 92 Medical Inc. in West Jordan, UT is seeking a full-time manufacturing operator to support the operations team. The role focuses on line setup, assembly, coating operations, and material handling, with an emphasis on process adherence and documentation.

The position runs Monday–Friday 6am–3pm with one Saturday per month and offers comprehensive benefits. Prior medical device manufacturing experience and dexterity tests are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GDP, GMP and ISO 13485 regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test products following MPI, Work Instructions, and STM.
• Document work records in Lot History Record and forms.
• Maintain workstation and CER requirements; set up equipment.
• Operate production equipment such as hot box, laminator, and coil winder.
• Perform visual inspection and measurement with caliper, snap gauge.
• Identify non-conforming units and notify management.
• Provide feedback for process improvements to engineers.
• Maintain calibration/maintenance of equipment; assist with PM.
• Possible overtime including one Saturday per month.
