Job summary

Cadence Inc. in Deland, FL is seeking a Production Associate I to join our team. You will assemble and test products, maintain records, and perform inspections on products.

The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and a desire to learn, with an HS diploma or GED and basic math/computer skills. We offer a clean, temperature-controlled environment, benefits, and paid time off starting the first of the month after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and understand process documents.
• Experience operating in a procedure-driven environment.
• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience in assembly/manufacturing environment; MIM experience preferred.
• Good hand dexterity and ability to use a microscope.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, unassisted.
• Strong work ethic and safety/PPE adherence.
