Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Assembler/Testing Technician for a temp-to-hire role in the Plano/Irving, TX area. Onsite environment with a focus on precision, quality, and procedure adherence.

You will assemble devices, perform tests, document data, and follow safety and production guidelines in a regulated medical manufacturing setting. Training is provided and there is potential for extension based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in assembly, manufacturing, testing, or related roles.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices, parts, and related components according to work instructions.
• Perform testing, inspection, and quality checks on completed products and components.
• Use basic computer systems to enter production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Support daily production goals while maintaining strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Use microscope-based inspection or detailed visual inspection methods as needed.
