Job summary

6AM City, LLC is hiring an assembler for the 1st shift in Irvine, CA. No experience is required as on-the-job training is provided, with a clear path to permanent employment. You will assemble precision medical devices in a cleanroom or lab, using a microscope and small hand tools.

Expect long hours with overtime, Monday–Saturday start at 5:00 AM, typically 10-hour shifts, and 40–55 hours per week. Permanent employees receive full medical benefits, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Assemble very small medical device components following instructions and quality standards.
• Work under a microscope for long periods.
• Use small hand tools safely and accurately.
• Follow cleanroom protocols, gowning, and safety rules.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory guidelines.
• For R&D roles: work in lab settings and assist with pilot builds.
• For line assistants: manage documentation, inventory, and work orders in ERP systems.
