Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client in Washington, NC is seeking an Assembler to join a team-oriented manufacturing environment. You will assemble medical devices according to procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read instructions, stand for long periods, and keen attention to detail. Cross-training in multiple production and support positions is available, with opportunities to mentor teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand operating instructions and manufacturing specifications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to manipulate small components with the ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices according to manufacturing instruments and operating procedures.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects, particulate matter, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in a controlled manufacturing environment.
• Cross-train in multiple production and support positions as directed by leadership.
• Support team goals by assisting with training, coaching, and mentoring fellow team members.
