You will interact professionally with clients, load and unload items, perform vehicle inspections, and support a collaborative team culture. Valid driver's license and reliable driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19+ with active driver's license for 3 years.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity with technology and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, and related materials in a company-owned vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanner to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Adhere to operating policies, procedures, and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public through appearance and interaction.
• Load and unload vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and keep the vehicle clean and orderly.
• Route duties may change; perform duties across all routes as assigned.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients to support a MedSpeed team culture.
• Contribute to a collaborative work environment.
