MedSpeed is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Albuquerque, NM for part-time hours. You will deliver health-related materials in a company vehicle, with a consistent 3:00 PM–8:30 PM shift, Monday to Friday, serving multiple locations including Albuquerque, Belen and Los Lunas.

This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork in a healthcare logistics setting. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license for at least 3

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19+ with an active driver’s license for 3+ years; clean driving history.

Responsabilités

• Drive a company vehicle to transport lab specimens, records, and supplies.
• Load and unload materials using proper equipment.
• Use a handheld scanner to track items through transport cycles.
• Follow policies and service schedules and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Demonstrate safe, courteous driving and teamwork with staff and clients.
• Participate in pre/post-trip inspections and support a collaborative culture.
• Maintain professional conduct and adapt to changing routes and requirements.

What you will be doing as a MedSpeed Medical Driver:

• Most of your day will be spent in a company-owned vehicle, safely driving and transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, interoffice mail and related materials.
• Load and unload company vehicle with appropriate equipment.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items throughout the transportation cycle.
• Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, neat and orderly vehicle.
• Demonstrate teamwork, cooperation and adaptability with teammates and clients.
• Build and nurture a collaborative MedSpeed team culture.

What you need to become a MedSpeed Medical Driver:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant industry/driving experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Must have excellent driving history.
• Familiarity working with and adapting to technology
• Ability to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination depending on location and local mandates
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to lift items off storage racks
• Must be comfortable with walking and standing for long periods of time
