Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Fairfax. You will drive a company vehicle, transport medical items, and uphold safety and customer service standards. Training is provided and a fixed schedule is offered.

You must be 19+, possess 3+ years of driving, and pass a background and drug screen. Vaccination per location may be required; wage is $18/hr for full-time work, Mon-Fri, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Must pass initial and random drug and alcohol screens.
• Must have a clean driving history.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• COVID-19 vaccination may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related materials.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items.
• Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Load and unload company vehicles.
• Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Route duties and adapt to client needs across routes.
