Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Tacoma, WA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 3pm–11:30pm, paying $20–$21.70/hour. You will drive a company vehicle across Washington, handling labs, records, and medical materials with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities include using a handheld scanner, following schedules, loading/unloading, and maintaining a neat vehicle. A drug screen and MVR review are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screen.
• Willingness to drive long distances across Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving and transporting lab specimens, medical records, and supplies in a company vehicle.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through transportation.
• Follow policies, procedures and schedules; present a professional image.
• Load/unload vehicles and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Collaborate with teammates and adapt to route changes as needed.
