Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Delivery Driver for MedTrans to operate a parcel van or straight truck delivering life-saving medical products to residential and commercial customers. You will build positive relationships by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.

Responsibilities include loading, securing, navigating routes, safety checks, unloading, and documenting deliveries. A valid US driver’s license and clean driving record are required, with potential CLP Class B if state

Qualifications

• Must have valid US driver’s license and ability to meet Federal and State driving requirements for commercial motor vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.
• Frequently move, lift, carry supplies/equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure product from Medline Facility into a parcel van and/or straight truck.
• Safely operate a parcel van and/or straight truck on delivery routes.
• Abide by safety regulations; wear safety equipment; perform safety checks.
• Unload and deliver products at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in-person support to customers and provide required documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with dispatch to adjust routes or schedules as needed.
• Maintain travel and cargo logs per Federal/State regulations and company policy.
• Inspect vehicle to ensure safe operation and adequate fuel.
