WeismanChildren’s Rehabilitation Hospital in Northfield, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Medical Day Care Administrator to lead the Pediatric Medical Day Care program with full authority and accountability. The role emphasizes safe, compliant pediatric care and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have advanced healthcare leadership credentials, experience with DOH surveys, staffing models, and program oversight, and CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree + 1 year administrative/supervisory experience in a licensed healthcare facility
• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years healthcare experience, including 1 year supervisory
• Licensed healthcare professional (RN, LSW/LCSW, Physician, APN) with administrative experience
• At least 1 year experience within the past 5 years caring for children with special healthcare needs
• Strong leadership, regulatory, and operational management skills
• Experience with DOH surveys, staffing models, and program oversight preferred
• CPR Certification (BLS)

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management, operation, and regulatory compliance of the Pediatric Medical Day Care program.
• Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant services for medically complex pediatric patients.
• Oversee clinical operations, staffing, program development, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Promote a safe, family-centered, high-quality care environment.

We are recruiting for a Full-Time Medical Day CareAdministrator to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Northfield,NJ. This position is benefit eligible.

POSITION SUMMARY:

TheMedical Day Care Administrator has full authority, responsibility, andaccountability for the overall management, operation, and regulatorycompliance of the Pediatric Medical Day Care program.

TheAdministrator ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant servicesfor medically complex pediatric patients in accordance with:

• Facility policies and procedures
• NJ Department of Health Pediatric Medical Day Care regulations
• Applicable state and federal regulations (including N.J.A.C. 8:43J andrelated standards)
• Organizational policies and standards

TheAdministrator oversees clinical operations, staffing, program development,regulatory compliance, financial performance, and interdisciplinarycoordination, ensuring a safe, family-centered, and high-quality careenvironment.

POSITIONQUALIFICATIONS:

1. Master’s degree + 1 yearadministrative/supervisory experience in a licensed healthcare facility,OR
