Job summary

RWD Consulting, LLC is seeking a Medical Data Analyst to support the Industrial Hygiene Service at Fort Belvoir. You will manage IH data in DOEHRS-IH, consolidate Excel data, and produce weekly and bi-weekly reports on evaluation and training activities.

You will coordinate with technical staff, enter personnel and equipment data, and develop tracking systems to monitor plan implementation while ensuring alignment with FBCH requirements and health data security standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a technical major or direct medical data analysis experience.
• Experience with Oracle-based databases and data entry/analysis.
• Ability to work independently and meet schedule; work with diverse personnel.
• Capable of learning DOEHRS-IH and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the data manager for the Industrial Hygiene Service.
• Maintain exposure assessment databases by entering data into DOEHRS.
• Enter hospital section, lab, and shop location information and related data.
• Provide weekly reports on IH design review progress and training activity.
• Provide bi-weekly monitoring reports on IH evaluation and design reviews.
• Update Master Schedules and IH data in DOEHRS-IH.
• Develop tracking systems to monitor IH Implementation Plan progress.
• Ensure IH plans align with FBCH policies.
• Consolidate Excel IH data into Master Schedules for the fiscal year.
• Train staff on forms to ensure consistent data collection.
