As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will provide support to patients, doctors, and medical facilities by handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving billing and payment issues, and ensuring exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant message for inbound and outbound inquiries
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and use available resources to resolve problems
  • Follow escalation protocols for unresolved issues and ensure proper follow-up
  • Track and document support requests while maintaining accurate records
  • Update and maintain accurate customer information
  • Meet performance standards, including quality, schedule adherence, and average handle time
  • May provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members

Salary: $35,360 annually ($17 per hour) + quarterly and annual performance bonuses

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco notes the salary range for the role as follows: $35,360 annually ($17 per hour). The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
