What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities regarding medical bills
- Make and receive calls to patients about outstanding balances and payment options

- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws related to collections policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience, either in-office or remote
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in PC-based applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, and FDCPA
- Background in medical billing or claims processing
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in diverse situations
