You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will answer phones, greet donors, ensure their safety, screen new and repeat donors, take and record vital signs and finger‑stick results, use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, coordinate donor compensation, help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement, and work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Confirm availability and schedule shifts early in the interview process.
  • Inform team members in advance of any schedule changes.
  • Ensure reliability during scheduled hours.
  • Maintain flexibility on both sides to fit diverse commitments.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to walk, stand, lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Weight lifting: up to 5 lbs routinely, and occasionally up to 32 lbs, rarely up to 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and hearing ability to detect equipment from a distance.
  • Knowledge of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1); 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer or patient‑facing role.
