Job summary

BioReference Laboratories seeks a Courier to serve as the front line between the company and clients. You will pickup and deliver medical specimens along a defined route, maintaining professionalism and courteous client interactions while ensuring timeliness.

Key duties include operating a hand-held scanner, following all safety policies, and presenting a professional image to clients. The role requires strong driving skills and adherence to schedules on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
• At least 4 years of licensed driving experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive a non-commercial vehicle on a defined route in varying weather conditions.
• Safely transport medical specimens, records, and supplies in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior and present a professional image to clients.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
