Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Medical Courier I to join our Dothan, AL team. You will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens and lab supplies while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The role includes driving a company vehicle, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with dispatch to optimize routes. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with driving/courier and customer service experience valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year or more of driver or courier experience preferred.
• 1 year or more of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load daily supplies for pickups.
• Complete daily pickup schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver daily picks to branch at end of shift.
• Handle specimens and lab samples safely.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and follow traffic laws.
• Use handheld device to manage daily pickups.
• Coordinate with dispatcher for additional pickups as needed.
• Evaluate traffic patterns and routes as needed.
