Job summary

MedSprint is seeking a Medical Courier Driver in the Boston area to transport medical specimens on a prearranged route using your personal vehicle. You will play a critical role in timely and safe deliveries to our laboratory facilities.

The position offers pay at $19.00 per hour and mileage reimbursement, with responsibilities including loading, transporting, validating locations, and maintaining custody of specimens and documents.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• HIPAA and OSHA compliance required (training provided).
• Ability to locate customer locations using GPS or map.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and follow simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Transport medical items using personal vehicle following routing specifications.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures where applicable.
• Ensure proper handling, security and safe transport of specimens, medicines, equipment or documents.
• Communicate delays or status changes to dispatch and management as needed.
