Job summary

The Health Alliance is seeking an entry-level courier driver in Raleigh, NC to receive and transport samples to the lab. You will perform routed and non-routed pickups, deliver specimens, and maintain accurate electronic logs while delivering excellent customer service.

Applicants must be 21+ with a high school diploma or GED and a valid license with a clean 5+ year driving record. Ability to work independently and occasional Saturday shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive for long periods.
• 21+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record over 5+ years.
• Strong work ethic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute pickups and/or deliveries for routed and non-routed stops.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all accounts serviced.
• Account for all specimens by tracking everything on electronic courier log and routed sheets.
• Work independently with critical thinking to handle obstacles.
• Maintain and safely operate company vehicle in all weather conditions.
• Follow all SOPs.
• Drive safely and maintain a Low Risk score (>95).
