Job summary

Pacelabs in North Carolina is seeking a Courier to support the safe and timely pickup, transport, and delivery of environmental samples and materials for our laboratory operations.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in documentation, and strong customer service as you collaborate with internal teams and external clients. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; driving safety knowledge a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain applicable licenses/certifications.
• Ability to learn organizational policies, procedures, and transportation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents and databases for sample pick-up, transport, and delivery.
• Prepare vehicle for daily operations including safety checks and basic maintenance.
• Provide support to staff on sample transport procedures and respond to inquiries.
