Job Title: Full-Time 2nd Shift Medical Courier

Location: [Based in Raleigh / Henderson areas]

Compensation: $16 per hour

Job Description:

Join our team as a Full-Time 2nd Shift Medical Courier and play a vital role in healthcare delivery! You will collect lab specimens from various accounts and transport them safely and efficiently to our laboratories for testing. This role requires sharp critical thinking skills to navigate logistical challenges and maintain specimen integrity, making you an essential link in patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform pick-ups and drop-offs for scheduled and On-Call accounts.
• Work independently, using problem-solving skills to address obstacles.
• Operate during the 2nd shift, from 1:00-11:00 p.m., for 2-3 nights per week.
• Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain and safely operate a company-provided vehicle in all weather conditions.

Qualifications:

• Ability to drive for extended periods.
• Willing to drive 3-5 Saturdays per month.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record for the past 5 years (no more than one moving violation).
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Possession of a smartphone (iOS, Android, etc.).
• Willingness to work some Saturdays.
• Openness to coaching and feedback.
