LabCorp is seeking a Service Representative/Courier to join our team in Norristown, PA. In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.

Included with this position is a company vehicle to use for the route. Additionally, for only $100 per month, you have the option to take this vehicle home for personal use.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, with weekends as needed

Work Location: Norristown, PA

Benefits:

Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN, and Part-Time employees working less than 20 hours are eligible for the 401(k) plan only.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Load all necessary supplies for daily pickups.
2. Complete daily pickup schedule promptly.
3. Deliver all pickups to your branch at the end of your shift.
4. Handle all specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.
5. Operate a company vehicle safely and obey traffic laws.
6. Use handheld electronic devices to manage pickups.
7. Coordinate with the dispatcher for additional pickups as needed.
8. Assess traffic, routes, and weather conditions to optimize deliveries.

Job Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Must be at least 21 years old.
4. Previous driver/courier experience preferred.
5. Customer service experience is advantageous.
6. Highly punctual with strong time management skills.
7. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Ability to resolve customer issues.
9. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
