Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Medical Courier to serve Baltimore, MD, with a regular Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM shift. The position includes a $1,200 sign-on bonus for external applicants and a competitive hourly pay range.

You will pick up and deliver medical specimens along a scheduled route, communicate with healthcare staff, and ensure compliant handling and documentation. A valid driver’s license with clean MVR is required, plus reliable customer service and problem-solving on

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with reliable documentation
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the road
• Comfortable using mobile devices or scanning tools
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and stay on the move for much of the shift
• Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Pay range: $18.58 - $18.75 / hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Qualifications

What you need:

• Valid Driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and documentation of a Motor Vehicle Record with no more than two moving violation convictions within the previous 36‑month period, with none in the most recent 12 months.
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, with reliable documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and problem‑solve on the road
• Comfortable using mobile devices or scanning tools
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on the move for much of your shift
• Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience is strongly preferred
