• Exceptional medical writing and structured critique skills.
• PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc or equivalent industry experience.

Role Overview

Shape AI-assisted tools for medical communications and healthcare provider engagement by applying your medical communications expertise to realistic content evaluation, quality review, and detailed model feedback.

This remote contract role supports the development of advanced AI tools for medical communications and HCP engagement. You will use real-world domain knowledge to help AI systems learn, reason, and perform. Previous AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Author and review realistic evaluation tasks using medical education modules, advisory board summaries, scientific slide decks, HCP materials, and digital medical content.
• Assess AI-generated content for scientific accuracy, fair balance, and appropriate framing for HCP and patient audiences.
• Evaluate tone, strategic messaging, clarity, and visual presentation logic in slide decks and educational assets.
• Ensure complex scientific concepts are communicated accurately without oversimplification.
• Trace claims, infographics, and slide statements to scientific literature, trial data, and clinical summaries to maintain source fidelity.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback on model strengths and deficiencies to support performance improvements.
• Collaborate with project leads on benchmarks, quality rubrics, and evaluation frameworks for medical communications content generation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Medical Communications, Medical Education, or Medical Affairs at a specialized agency, biotech or pharmaceutical sponsor, or consultancy.
• Experience creating scientific slide decks, advisory board summaries, medical education modules, and web or digital content.
• Understanding of medical affairs strategy, scientific platform alignment, and regulatory and compliance constraints for HCP and patient communications.
• Ability to review visual and written content holistically for data integrity and audience engagement.
• Exceptional medical writing and communication skills, including structured critique and editorial guidance.
• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine, such as a PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc, or equivalent industry experience.
• Broad therapeutic-area exposure; oncology, neurology, or cardiology experience is highly desirable.

Work Terms

Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

$50 to $80 per hour.
