Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Medical Communications Manager for a remote contract role. You will author and review evaluation tasks based on medical education modules, ensuring scientific accuracy and audience-appropriate framing.

You will trace claims to literature, provide structured feedback to improve model performance, and help establish benchmarks for MedComms content.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Communications, Medical Education, or Medical Affairs.
• Experience creating MedComms deliverables including scientific slide decks and digital content.
• Understanding of medical affairs strategy and regulatory constraints for HCP and patient communications.
• Ability to review content holistically, ensuring data integrity and audience engagement.
• Exceptional written communication skills with experience in providing structured critique.

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine or equivalent professional industry experience.
