Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX (Must be located in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex).
Position: Remote.
Schedule: 8:30AM-5:00PM M-F.
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 USD hourly.

Description

• Working with EMR systems.
• Knowledge of Medical Billing.
• Understanding different insurance types (HMO/PPO, etc.).
• Calling patients to collect payments.
• Diagnosing billing issues during inbound calls.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Medical Billing and Patient Call Center.
• Patient Collections experience is essential.
• Experience with call de-escalation.
